AI customer support that actually resolves.

Suvenna answers from your store's own policies, looks up real orders, and executes refunds, cancellations, and returns with hard guardrails. No made-up answers. No per-resolution fees. Built for Shopify.

Start free, no card. The AI sends nothing until you approve its drafts, so your customers never see it learn. Founding members lock 20% off their first year.

Why Suvenna

Your helpdesk shouldn't tax you for working

The incumbent AI helpdesks charge about a dollar every time their bot resolves a ticket, on top of your plan. The better it performs, the bigger your bill. We think that's backwards.

Grounded, or silent

Suvenna answers from your policies, your macros, and the customer's real order. When it doesn't know, it says so and hands off to your team. It never invents a tracking number, a discount, or a policy.

Real actions, real guardrails

Refunds, cancellations, and returns run against Shopify with confirmation gates, amount bounds, and a complete audit log. Every money movement is approved, bounded, and recorded. Nothing moves without a paper trail.

Flat pricing. Period.

One predictable monthly price with conversations included. Unlimited seats on Growth and up. Your bill doesn't grow because our AI did its job. No per-resolution fees, ever.

How it works

Live in an afternoon

Connect your store and mailbox, paste your policies, choose how much autonomy the AI gets. That's the whole setup.

  1. 01

    Connect

Shopify in two clicks, then Gmail, Outlook, or a simple forwarding address. Your existing support email keeps working.

  2. 02

    Teach

Paste your shipping, return, and refund policies. Suvenna answers from them verbatim, and abstains when they don't cover the question.

  3. 03

    Choose autonomy

Start with every AI reply as a draft your team approves. Flip on Autopilot when the QA scores earn it. Money actions always respect your rules.

The desk

A full support desk, not just a bot

Approve, then automate

Every risky action lands in an approval queue with the order, the amount, and the customer context. One click executes it against Shopify. Two agents can't double-approve, and everything lands in the audit log.

  • Confirm-before-money on every refund, cancel, and return
  • Refund ceilings and automation rules you control
  • Per-reply QA so you can grade the AI's work
  • SLA timers, saved views, bulk actions, internal notes

Autonomy on your terms

A dial, not a switch. Set a refund ceiling the AI can auto-approve under. Route angry customers straight to a human. Keep live money movement off until the QA scores prove it's ready. You decide what the AI is allowed to do, per store.

The resolution guarantee

If Suvenna doesn't independently resolve at least 30% of your conversations in your first 60 days, we credit your money back.

You wanted to pay only if it works. This is that, without a meter that charges you a dollar every time a customer stops replying.

Questions

The short version

How is this different from Gorgias?
Three ways. Suvenna's AI is grounded: it answers from your policies or abstains, it never improvises. Its Shopify actions run through hard guardrails: confirmation gates, amount bounds, and an audit log. And pricing is flat: no per-resolution fees stacked on top of your plan. See the full comparison on our Suvenna vs Gorgias page.
What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?
It says so and escalates to your team with full context. Abstaining is a feature, not a failure. An AI that guesses about refunds is a liability.
Can the AI issue refunds on its own?
Only if you let it, and only inside your rules. You set a ceiling; anything above it queues for one-click human approval. Every executed action is bounded by the order's actual refundable amount and written to the audit log.
Why is there a waitlist?
We onboard in small waves so every store gets a clean rollout and honest attention. Joining the list reserves your spot in the next wave and locks founding-member pricing.
